I’ve read up on the petition page which states that Continentals offerings of 145/80/14 winter tyres haven’t been available for some years:

Would Coninental ContiWinter Contact be an easier option as these seem to be still available from the UK mainstream tyre retailers:

Please do let me know if I’ve missed something here but to me it seems that Continental still offer a suitable and updated winter tyre in the size you’re seeking.

Any attempt at ordering has failed (in continental- no pun intended - Europe). Although the tires are still listed and can be ordered from several websites, the order always gets cancelled within a day or 2.

I would love to be proved wrong though.
