Pierburg vs Bosch

Final update from me (hopefully) - Bosch pump fitted yesterday with new Elring gasket. Started near enough straight away, running fine with no issues. Maybe I just got unlucky with the Pierburg, but it'll be interesting to see if anyone else fits one with success in the future.

Also have the old LUK pump, anyone have an interest in rebuilding these or is it one for the scrapper?
 
Waste of time rebuilding them. I did my LUK only for it to leak again very shortly after and destroy a second set of coolant hoses.
