Service Reset

Hi,

I have a genuine Vag com lead with the most uptodate software, why wont it let me reset my service reminder.
Am I doing something wrong ? the save button is greyed out.

I think your problems are down to the car, not the interface:

I've had mixed results using the SRI function on A2s, but have come to the conclusion that only CAN equipped A2s are fully able to utilise the SRI button, as all others either failed to reset properly or wouldn't start the function at all.

The acid test is to whip out the radio and look for 2 orange (plus another coloured stripe) going into the 20-pin connector.

Otherwise, a rough rule of thumb is that if it is '52' EEG or later, it'll have CAN.
