Dear Club Organiser,
Due to the continued rain this week here at Beaulieu, some areas of the grass parking within the attraction are currently unsuitable for parking vehicles on. The forecast for the weekend is improving, however at this stage we cannot predict which areas of parking within the attraction will be unusable by Sunday morning. Therefore, in order to maximise the amount of parking we are able to offer all our participants, we have made the decision that we cannot allocate specific areas for club parking within the event on this occasion.
If clubs still wish to park with as many of your members as possible, we recommend that you ask your members to assemble in our early arrivals car park, which is sign posted on the way in to the attraction, and then enter the event together in convoy. Our parking stewards will then endeavour to park you as a group. We will only be able to offer this as long as space permits in our early arrivals car park and until 10am. After this time any arriving vehicles will be directed straight to the participant entrance.
For any individual club members that need hard standing due to accessibility issues, we will reserve an area on our arena for them as long as space permits.
We do ask that you follow the directions of our stewards at all times, and to drive considerately when on the wet ground.
We hope that you understand our decision required to ensure the event goes ahead, and thank you for your continuing support of Simply Audi at Beaulieu.

I think we should be fine arriving in convoy but to make sure we get the best chance of parking as a group, we'll set off from the meet-up ASAP after 9.30am and try to pull into the early arrivals car park as directed when we get there.

Thank you @Proghound see you on Sunday from 9am at Bolton’s Bench. Fingers crossed we get parked together on the hardstanding or some other firm ground.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for the update message, read and understood. Shame about the Club parking area being waterlogged, I don't think that it has stopped raining in Kent for what appears to be weeks! As a Newbie to the club, both Lynne, my wife, and I, Ian, are very much looking forward to meeting other club members and enjoying some time at Beaulieu and the motor museum too. Let's hope the rain can stay away, if only for tomorrow! See you very soon at the convoy start point at Bolton's Bench.

Great to meet you and so many other A2 enthusiasts at the Beaulieu meet today. What a great friendly bunch of people, and such a warm welcome for me as a new A2OC member. Weather held up for us in the end too, which was great! Safe journeys home this evening folks, and hope to see some or all of you again at other A2OC Socials in the future!

Not long got home, we were the last ones there apart from @Dave M. A shame we didn't get our own Club parking area in the end, but we did still get the only other A2 present (@A2on18's) parked up next to some of us. Great to see everyone, old friends and new members alike. It was a nice day out and we did the Abbey and the House that we missed out last year.
