On a different location, in April. I have just been messaged by Beaulieu to say that the've got an Audi day coming up. Much enjoyed last year, is this of interest?

I got that message as well. The Simply Audi event is April 16th next year. It was a good starter event for this year, even earlier than Stanford Hall. I'd be happy to organize a Club stand and the meet-up for the convoy in again next year.
 
With regards to the club presence at Vorsprung International has anyone purchased tickets yet?

We invite you to join us for the inaugural Vorsprung International. A new show from the people who gave us the fabulous Audis In the Park - a show that A2OC attended from start to finish.

Held at Market Harborough Showground (LE16 7WB) from 9 until 4 on Sunday 16th July 2023, this new show looks set to be every bit as good as AITP. More information can be found on the website https://vorsprunginternational.com/

Bought in advance, tickets are £15 per person with under 16s going free. We are registered as a club so when ordering tickets, please select A2OC from the drop down list. We will be allocated a club pitch size based on the number of tickets sold to A2OC members. We do need to sell a minimum of 10 tickets to qualify for a club pitch

This is the first time we have attended an event at Market Harborough Showground, so don't have tried and tested hotels in the areas, but these look closeby and reasonable

I'd love to have come to this one but since there's the clash on the date I'm going to have to declare for Kimbolton this year I'm afraid. Happy to handle the comms and distribution of passes etc. for that event if you like T? And I could give you either the flags or the ground banners at Stanford Hall or wherever I see you beforehand, to use at Vorsprung.

Thank you Ian. I thought we would have an admin or prev admins available. We can share the club kit as you say.
Hopefully, if they get the online ordering sorted for clubs, there won't be a need to distribute the passes 🤞
 
Just a little reminder. If you are planning in joining us at Vorsprung Internationa, you need to buy your tickets in advance to be able to park on the Club stand. Tickets available on the Vorsprung International website (see my post above) and must be bought by end June to give them time to post out.

Just a thought…are we meeting up anywhere on Sunday morning to convoy to the venue or just meeting up there?!
 
Hi everyone, just a few days before we head to Vorsprung International. Gates open at 9am and to hopefully miss a bit of the rush, I was going to suggest that we meet at the Premier Inn Market Harborugh (Melton Rd, East Langton, Market Harborough LE16 7FD) from 9am as there seem to be a few of us staying there and there is a MacDonalds and BP fuel station next door.

The plan is to leave the Premier Inn at 9.30 am to convoy into the show which is less than two miles away. Market Harborough Showground, Gallow Field Road, LE16 7QB

On arrival we will need to enter through the BLUE lane and you must be displaying your club display pass. You will then need to show your ticket for both you and any passengers (passenger tickets can however be bought at the gate - cash only)

Vorpsrung have provided the following summary of FAQs

Gary and I are staying over at the hotel and there appears to be a restaurant attached (https://www.tabletable.co.uk/en-gb/locations/leicestershire/langton-inn) . We will probably eat there the evening before, so please message me if you would like to join us and I will book a table
