I've found this other auction on Ebay ;) wich allowes you to remove the transmitter from your old key and put it in one of these new keys. Then all that needs to be done it to get the blade cutted and install the reciever unit in the car.

Doesn't this eliminate the problem of having the key re-programmed when buying a key from Ebay? You just shift places with the transmitters and cut the blade...

Ok, I see. I have actually used one of those security keys, wondering how the heck it worked. Now I know :) Thanks!

It measures 3mm in diameter and 13mm in length.

I wrote in a earlier post that the "other key" doesn't open. After examination I found out that it did open. One thing I noticed was that the transmitters wasn't pointing at the same direction in the main and the spare key. Guess it doesn't matter.
