Very nice. I had a MoMo wooden steering wheel in my VW1300S, I liked it a lot.

I have very happy memories of my days in a VW Beetle. I,m always reminded of it when i wear my Kafer 1971 Bavarian Crono with the Beetle dashboard display on the watch face - its not worth a lot in pennies but it is in sentimental value.

Overboard? Not a chance Dave. The issue is that with so many mods one can do to the A2, it could leave you feeling lost at sea.
