Long story short: I ordered some tyres for the Touran, I ideally need them sooner rather than later as one of the ones on it has a slow puncture caused by a sidewall intrusion - they were basically finished anyway after 30,000 miles with 2mm of tread remaining (Michelin CrossClimate 2s, if you were wondering - excellent tyres).
I found this retailer from the pricing page of the excellent Tyre Reviews website - The website stated delivery was within 1-4 business days. I ordered them on the 26th Nov, come the expected delivery deadline of the 30th, nothing arrived and I've had no communication at all from them since. I have emailed them from my account and also via their website, I've also looked up their company director and messaged him directly on Linkedin - but there's not much more I can do without a telephone number.
I paid with credit card so I know I can get my money back - however I'd rather get the goods I'd ordered! Wondering if anyone has any additional suggestions - or even a contact number for this company?
I've left them a negative Trustpilot review (on top of the last 5 preceding negative reviews - a bad omen in itself, even if they were mostly positive up until a month ago), stating I'd be happy to modify the review if I get a speedy resolution, not sure what else I can do. Thoughts?
