Stanford Hall VW Show - Sunday 5th May 2024

This is a great show that we have been attending for a few years now . it is a really great family show with loads to do and see, set in fabulous surroundings. It is also dog friendly

We have a Club stand arranged which can accommodate a maximum of 20 cars. We usually fill our allocation, so please do complete the RSVP above if you want to be on the Club stand (if we do run out, you can still attend, but wouldn't be able to park on the Club stand). Please note if you are bringing more than one car, please indicate on the RSVP

The cost is £15 per adult and children 15 and over. Children 14 and under go free. It is pay on arrival
Its a great family show with loads to see set in great grounds.

If you don't want a super early start, the Premier Inn Rugby North (Newbold) seems to have reasonably priced rooms available for the 4th May (There are two close together, but the Newbold one is cheaper at the moment). https://www.premierinn.com/gb/en/hotels/england/warwickshire/rugby/rugby-north-newbold.html

The hotel is a good meeting up point in the morning for people travelling on the day, enabling us to travel to the show as a group. We usually meet up from 9am, heading off to the show about 9.40 ish.

Sadly I'm unable to attend this one as Gary and I will be in Mallorca on our hols. I will therefore arrange for all Club passes to be posted out in advance (normally we hand them out on the morning of the event)

I might be pushed to attend this one this year, Lynette and I are also off on our hols, starting very early the next morning. I'll say a provisional Yes for now but that might be subject to review!

Hi, not had confirmation yet, although i did book for 20 and it accepted my booking fee. They did refund the second booking fee I paid, having forgotten that I'd already booked

Sorry we won't be able to make it this year as literally just back in the UK and the garden will need us (probably desperately!) - will hopefully see you later in the Summer.

Now we have kicked off our social season, next up we have the fabulous Stanford Hall event.

I now have our club passes, so as I'm not able to attend this one due to a pre arranged holiday, I will message folk who have already registered this week to get addresses and post passes put. George (@NLS14M ), has very kindly agreed to look after things on the day, so will be able to hand out the rest on the morning of the event
