I just installed VCDS.
Auto Scan does not work - does not see to be CAN-Bus enabled - is this correct?
Enter Make and Model - Audi, Audi A2 and scan proceeds.
Two sections with error codes: -

The first is this: -

What version of VCDS are you running? (Lite, Registered Lite, Full VCDS, etc).
Clear the Fault Codes, and scan again. Those could well be historical, and once cleared, will not return.
🤞
Mac.

In my experience anything in the HVAC blocks that are intermittent are transient historical glitches.
I recommend you clear all the faults and rescan. It might take a couple of goes to clear them all..
If there is a hard fault, (perhaps the G263 is at fault) you do have some fun in store fixing it.

I wouldn't worry about any of the codes some popped out due low voltage of battery at some point and try clear them out drive the car for couple of days and scan it again. Guarantee there will be lot less codes. That ac flaps might be stuck because car was sitting for long time without use. All the codes you got are pretty common.

Please tell me more about G263 - like where it is and what is involved in fixing / changing it ?
Sam

G263 measures the temperature after the evaporator and I would say that 50% of my cars have had defect ones.
I have only changed on LHD cars and on those it is a bit of a feel and guess task. RHD cars have them on the other, right side so might be even more tricky?
Tip: buy a Hella sensor.
