1.4TDI 90 difficult to get?

I'm looking for:

1.4 TDI 90, black pref, with black leather (I know, very little chance ;) )

or a black with black cloth

or a blue with black leather/cloth

or a silver....


Many of these knocking about?

Take a look at the Audi used car finder: there's a TDi 90 in black with black leather at Stafford, asking price £11950. Best get your skates on though - they go very quickly.

I've seen that one - the leather is light grey - not a good mix for us and our messy ways :)
 
You have to be able to comprimise on your wanted wish list as i found out.


I really wanted a (90) sport with open sky and bose, but with the A2 you cant be too choosy or you will have to wait a very long time!

I registered here in 2002 i think and purchased my first A2 in 2007 :eek:
 
Sorry i forgot to add,

I have noticed alot of (90)s for sale recently so there should be a few suitable vehicles about.
I think your best chances are a black or silver (90) with black cloth.

Just been looking at that one - but I am told 'ooooo, not red....' and being a City fan of old, red is not a good colour for me!

Went to see the one at Stafford today. The interior was as guessed, not for us, too light in colour.

Plus, the engine seemed rougher than the normal 1.4s'.

Our quest continues :)

I think thats about it.

One wheel has a central audi badge that has dodgy peeling plastic chrome. The owner will get it replaced for me - but should he struggle, can the centre hub bits be bought from audi?

Its like a plastic cap (a teacup dish size) with the four rings on it.
 
Or vagparts. There is discount available to a2oc members too.

I think to become a member it is only a few pounds and you will receive some a2oc stickers too!
