238 mpg!

It's slightly annoying that they say the A2 flopped with customers - it sold over 150,000 - ok so that's not massive in the Ford F150 scale of sales, and it didn't make Audi billions in profit - but maybe they should have done a better job at marketing it properly and developing the product beyond one generation and actually having confidence in the platform, rather than taking the Quick Buck option of developing those absolutely minging Q7/Q5 (white?) elephants?
 
can't argue with that, price was probably the single most important factor why the A2 didn't sell. The world wasn't ready for an A2, people weren't as concerned about mpg as petrol was still around 70p/L back when I bought mine.
