Hi friends, I recently brought a second hand Audi A2, I really fell in love with it when I saw it the first time. Though it looked good in exterior, giving an impression that it had been taken care of, little that I knew that the 20 years old car will give me only 8.5 litres per litre. From day 1 the dealer had avoided to tell me the figure whenever I asked about the average mileage it gives... Any idea how to fix this? I am very idealistic when it comes to efficient driving, changing gears at proper RPMs, maintaining steady speed, smooth transits between changing geàrs, no sudden take offs etc.. all to respect the environmental crisis as well as responsible driving (initially I wanted to opt for a electric or hybrid one. But we live in a world where to opt for a noble cause "COSTS".)
Anyways in as much I like the light aluminium body frame and the whole idea of Audi A2, I feel so decieved with such a poor fuel performance. It's a pitty.
