In diameter terms, 205/50r16 is pretty much identical to the 185/55r16 that I use on OEM 16" rims and those are fine. But with the extra width and ET these would be at least 1cm closer to the plastic liners as you turn the steering. You might get away with it but I wouldn't like to call it.That’s them 10spoke. 50 possible
cheers sirOur A1 10 spokes are currently running on the A1 standard tyre size of 215/45R16 without issue. 205/50R16 is 2.1% larger so might be OK, @Pinkythelabrat may suggest otherwise.
