Im new here. Im struggling to find Turbo hose for my A2. Rubber hose attached to Turbo on bottom has split. Which causing the car to loose power. Is the Audi A2 75 hose the same?
Have a look at Post 11 in the TDI120 thread... https://www.a2oc.net/community/index.php?threads/tdi120-my-new-engine.32986/#post-281498
Figure 11.1 shows all the TDI's boost hoses. Exactly which one do you need?
The one that attaches directly to the turbo's output is unique to the TDI90. The two hoses that connect to the intercooler are common to both the TDI90 and TDI75.
Pipe number 4 will be the same I believe, but the difference between the 75 and 90 is that the joining pipe inbetween is plastic on a 75 and alloy on the 90.
The hose that connects directly to the turbo is different for the TDI75 and TDI90. The TDI90's turbo output points at 45° whereas the TDI75's turbo output points directly downwards. As such, the hose design is different.
Catnip64's post above confirms this to be the case.
from memory it is different size on the turbo end than it is on the end joining to the pipe going around sump. Though when i fit mine i did manage to get it wrong way around as it didn't sit quite right in the bends, seems not too difficult to do that.
