Hi everyone,
I have a leaking head gasket problem. Someone else has already described it on the forum. In Cyprus, where I live, the importer does not have it in stock. Does anyone know where to get one from? Thanks, Boris
 
If it's not in stock, then they'll just have to get one in on back order - it's getting increasingly common in the UK too, as parts become rarer.

Audi Germany are usually pretty quick in delivering, so don't worry.

When ordering the gasket, if you don't already know, there are three versions with different thicknesses. Ref the attached post, they can be identified by the number of holes (1,2 or 3) reference arrow3 in the diagram. I think this can be checked without removing the head if the engine is not already in bits

As Skipton indicated, your local Audi dealer should be able to get a gasket quicker than you could from a dealer in the UK. I also suspect its unlikely any of them would be willing to do mail order to Cyprus
