A2 armrest?

ive heard on some other site that there is an aftermarket armrest that can be fitted in between the 2 front seats.
if anyone has heard of this can you please let me know as i have a lot of probs getting in2 car after a recent injury & have 2 lean on handbrake lever 2 get myself in.

any help would be much much apreciated...........THANX.
