A2 Lexus Style Lights?

Does anyone know if you can get hold of different style rear lights, like the lexus style, or smoked or basically anything different to standard?

Never seen anything - it would appear that the volume of cars sold is so little that it's not worth manufacturers making any aftermarket parts (other than for part shared with other models - such as door handles).
