Adding Aux input to RNS-D Navigation Plus

Hi all

I have looked but can't find what I'm looking for so sorry if I missed it...

I have a 2001 A2 with the Navigation Plus (RNS-D I believe) and want to add the ability to connect me phone thru it... for mp3's and DAB radio.

I have found some cables but don't know if they'll work or how to connect them

Is there another a better way?

I've also seen what appears to be different firmware/software on the unit, giving it different operating system!!

Any help, suggestions and wiring diagrams would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help and time....

Regards

I could be wrong, but I thought there was a round connector on the RNS-D for aux. I haven't had one so unsure

Cheers for the reply... I have no idea. I'll see if I can get to the back of the unit...

...or does anyone have a photo of the back of an RNS-D unit?

Google is your friend...
