Hi,
When fitting different headlamps I had to adjust the aim and I can't remember seeing any "How To" for what direction the adjusters should be turned (sorry if it is there and I missed it).
So hopefully this will help?
There are two adjusters on each headlamp, one for up and down and the other for left and right (not one for each lamp as some people have assumed)
Looking into the engine bay the adjuster nearest to the wing is the up and down the one nearest the centre of the car is the left and right.
To adjust the aim upwards, turn the Up/Down adjuster ANTI-clockwise (downwards you turn it clockwise)
On the passenger headlamp (UK) to adjust the aim to the left, turn the Left/Right adjuster ANTI-Clockwise (and the opposite way to move it to the right)
On the driver's headlamp (UK) to adjust the aim to the left, turn the Left/Right adjuster Clockwise (and the opposite way to move it to the right)
The adjusters are here
