They are cheap, but they're also cr*p!

All they are is a cement resistor which fools the engine into thinking it is running lean, so it pumps in more fuel, hence more power (supposedly).

You could end up ruining your engine through overfuelling, but at the very least, you'll just see fuel bills rising.
