But the TT Forged wheels (ie, the Comps) are around the 9.8-10Kg mark and the 6 Spokes are around 6.5Kg, so did you mean a 3Kg difference and not 3lb difference?

Oh perhaps i was working it out wrong.
thought 16" se wheels are around 18lbs and the 17 " tt comps fat 5's are around 21lbs ??

Sorry. My bad !! You're right... The 6 spokes are actually 8.5kg and not 6.5kg. That would make the Comps 21lbs (ish) and the 6 spokes 18lbs (ish), so yes, only 3lbs (ish) difference.
