Popped in to my local Audi @ docklands east london, waited for about 10 to 15 minutes at the sales desk. when i was finally seen to, i was asked what i wanted by the salesman so i told him i wanted to buy a brand new Audi A2 with fogs and climate. Having told the sales man that i had searched extensively and was considering getting an import, the salesman just handed me a brochure, told me to go home and read it then come back later.
Very good customer service, (with sacarsm) or was he being silly, or perhaps he had exeeded his sales target buy a long shot that he could not be bothered to sell me a car, or maybe he had lost his marbles.
I was so angered that i went out to buy privately.
