Information Authentic Sline badges vs fake ones

Hi,

just a quick one,

are the real authentic s-line badges with the matt finish made from metal or plastic?

i cant find no info on this on google or other forums.

i'm wondering whether i should buy originals from TPS or replicas from ebay.

Mine were bought from Audi (all be it some time ago now) and are metal. Been on the car (which lives outside) over 7 years, and still in mint condition.

Mine are plastic off eBay and I can't tell the difference to other badges to be honest. If they did look different they'd be in the bin. I did choose carefully.

Looks like authentic ones are the way forward! I'll do that instead then!
