Bench seat - lap to 3-point central belt conversion?

Does anyone know whether it's possible to convert the central lap belt to a full 3-point belt, and if so, what parts would be needed and at what cost?

Looking at some photos I have of a 2004 MY car with a 3-point central belt, I see it retracts into the seat back. So I guess it would mean a new seat back, belt, possible upholstery work, additional headrest, etc.

It looks like you can't use much of your old seat so the new frame, padding and covers etc plus a 3 point centre belt will cost over £700
