Hi all,

I'm hoping to take car in to Central VW Audi

Crescent Road
Ellesmere Port
Merseyside
CH65 4EA

As its been recently over heating, been told by recovery guy it might be thermostat, also, have had ongoing issues with EML (permanently on) therefore needs thoroughly checking out.

Pls can you give me any info on this garage? have you used them before? are they any good?

I have never used them, but usually go to Preston Audi, and they have been able to fix quite a few complex problems with my A2 in the past.

It may be cheaper if its not already fixed to take it to Mike in Skipton, as he seems well clued up on the A2, mine will be there at the next problem!
 
You'd be very welcome Hannah, to pop over and see if we cant get to the bottom of your problems.

Yes, I am pretty familiar with the A2, but I'm not based in Skipton, but near Manchester.

Sorry for late reply.

Thanks Skipton. I'm glad to say its now finally been sorted. I dont have any warning signals, the engine management light has finally gone off! the garage cleaned the throttle (something like that anyway).
