Something like these. Genuine Audi are best, cheaper ones can be a bit cheese like, bending very easily. Probably OK for occasional use.

Afternoon,
I’ve had and used aftermarket head unit keys in the past. They can be very temperamental and not correctly work when you need them to.
A set of 4 factory head unit removal keys are roughly £12 from the dealer. You’ll not regret purchasing a genuine set of keys.
