Creaking tailgate!

I have just found out what was causing the annoying creaking noise in the car.

At first i thought it was the rear seat mech near to the boot roller blind, until i drove the car with the rear seats out and it was still there!
It looks like the boot catch may need slightly tightening to stop this. Is this an easy job or would it be a dealer fix?

try adjusting the 2 spacing blocks either side of the tailgate, cured my tailgat rattle, they come loose every now and then, you'll need a torx bit though!

I'm not sure to fully understand wich screw to tighten here... ? Does anyone can post a pic of where I should work on ?
