Cylinder Head 1.4 TDI 75

Here's a few pictures I'd like to share.

In December 2022 I stripped out a injector bolt thread and temporary fixed it with a helicoil. I continued to run the car until December 2024.
But the amount of smoke at start up was always going to be a head off job for this car.

Nice work mate. It’s such a good design. Are you going to get it checked for being flat?

I bought a whole engine and used the head and turbo from that.
This old head is not it's worth fixing.
Plus it's beyond my skill level. Tapping out bolts in delicate alloy

As you know I swapped to a second hand used cylinder head which I built up with new parts.
I'll put a few more pictures here of the new parts in a little while
