Drivers for KKL lead

Have taken delivery of a Multibao OBD2 KKL 409.1 cable today. The supplied disc is very confusing. No instructions, no obvious installation file, lots of sub folders with unhelpful names. Any idea where I could download the appropriate drivers? I've looked at Ross-Tech but it's almost as confusing!

I've right clicked the file and selected "run as administrator" and I get a warning "An administrator has blocked you from running this app". I have scanned it with Windows Defender and it has come up clean.
 
That may not help. There are two different chips used in the KKL leads and you need the correct driver for that particular chip, hence they give you a disc.

Sorry about that just Google "USB driver 409.1" there will lots of result. Hopefully, your anti virus will be happy with one.
