Since fitting my Heko wind deflectors the other day I've noticed the electric windows aren't working as they should anymore for some reason.

When I push and hold the unlock button on the key before I get into the car the windows no longer open, and when in the car the 'one touch' open/close doesn't seem to be playing ball either. I have to push and hold to get them to open/close.

Has the 'anti-pinch' thing confused it, and it's reset itself in some way?

Pesky aftermarket add-ons... :(

Mine have been fine no problems, have you had the battery off? does the windows start to go up on the Auto as the anti pinch will only come in at the top and that normaly lowers the window 3" after it closes.
Try resetting you auto close by putting the window to the top all the way, release the switch and then hold it (as if to go to close it again) hold the switch for a couple of seconds this should reset the switch and try again
