just to let all you guys
know was down to fuse panel regarding electric drivers window and power steering symbol on dash and exclamation mark so just got wheel bearing to sort out cheers chaps for all info

Can you be a bit more specific as to the precise nature of the problem with the fuse panel? The information may assist others facing similar difficulties.

yes just make sure when you replace a fuse that you havnt put it above the slots as its a bit fiddley trying to see with your fingers in the way,any how its sorted now all fine cheers guys
 
So it was the fuse all the time?. Always check fuses with a meter, and goes without saying they have to make the circuit when fitted.
 
Inside the fuse box lid there is ( or was in some cases ) a piece of plastic that looks like a strange double ended clip. This is in fact the fuse removal and refitting tool. Helps keep your fingers out the way to see the fuses are indeed located into the terminals.

that is a rare beast still to be present.
I have sold dozens of fuse clip repair sets and there is a piece that this removal tool clips into, nearly everyone who has bought the repair parts asks what its for, as they have no removal tool
if there is a link to the tool that would be most helpful for people
