Has anybody got one of these?

An engine stand, I’m preparing a used AMF to go into my A2 next spring. I thought one of these may make the engine easier to work on and also to move around until the car is ready to take the engine.

Concerns I have, perhaps it won't be easy to move but the casters look like they swivel at the front. It will be too easy to move and I will be chasing it around the garage while torquing up.

Experiences please.

I think you can change them to some with lock/brake

I have at least a couple of engine stands, one as per your picture and one with a single forward leg with swivel castor, used with various varieties of Golf GTi power units, They will only run away if on a slope and are quite resistant to torque loadings.
Your picture does raise a question as to whether the featured stand has 2 swivel castors (per pic) or 4 swivel castors per script?
