Well at 85K the exhaust seems to have gone - not where I would have expected though
Seems to be blowing from the front end of the 2nd (Main) Cat. Back box looks in good condition, middle silencer is crumbling though.
Trying to source a replacement but Cat would seem to be around £580 from Audi - Not sure if this is an exchange part / what the 'real cost' would be.
There are Cats available from other manufacturers- one on E-bay for £168 delivered with 2yr Guarantee but ? quality
Other option would be for me to source a 2nd hand catalyst / exhaust mid section?

Anyone have a 1.6FSI breaking for spares with an intact Cat / Mid section with <50k miles?
Is a cheap catalytic convertor risky? £168 is v. cheap
Who is Audis OE manufacturer / can exhausts be obtained from another manufacturer - Tried Bosal / Timax and none listed for BAD engine.
Last option - buy Cat and get Stainless exhaust custom made
- can anyone who has got one advise on costs of Cat Back system in SS?
