exhaust issues

hi guys,

can someone tell me if a hairline crack (4 inches) around the centre area and a smaller hairline crack (2 inches) on the bend towards the backbox can be fixed, welded etc... i had used a bandage last year to fix it but its came loose.

or do i need to get a new exhaust? if so, where is the best place to get one or is anyone selling via forum?

In general, the appearance of hairline cracks means that the exhaust is at the end of its life, that any repair is likely to prove temporary and that replacement is the way to go.

It's easy to find new exhausts online or you could have one custom made in stainless steel. A Google search will sort you out.
