Hi,
I drove my A2 from London to Berlin, where I now live.
It's recently developed a creaking noise from the nearside front wheel area, I pointed this out to the dealer when it was serviced but they didn't pick anything up, and it's still making the noise. I want to upgrade to Koni FSD's anyway (Berlin has lots of cobbled roads) and I'm sure that this will sort it out.
So, my questions:
- does anyone know where I can get Koni FSD's fitted in Berlin - preferably by someone more specialist and hopefully cheaper than a main dealer?
- does anyone know the best place in Germany/Europe to buy them, or are they currently cheaper in the UK because of the exchange rate?
- what other parts, eg springs, rubber mounts, should I change at the same time?
