Flashing and Beeping Brake Light (RED)

Hi All

Need some advice. My brake light is flashing and beeping at me. Called out the RAC and they topped up the brake fluid res and seem to solve the problem but it has started again??? RAC did say that this is a common problem with the A2.

Any comments???

Lateral Senor under Steering Column

Hi

I have just been told the flashing and beeping brake light is to do with my lateral sensor (something to do with airbags) under the steering column. It is showing a fault. No price given yet but any ideas how much this may be???

sounds like its the steering angle sensor had mine go last year and it was £270 to replace. I also had the blink brake light but also ABS light on as well along with traction control light.
