Front Discs

I'm going to paint all my brakes next week, I understand that there are two screws on the drums that need to be unscrewed to take them off; but how do you take the front calipers off the discs??? I've never done this before so I haven't got a clue, help would be much appreciated

You'll need a socketed 7mm allen key to remove the calipers and then undo the single cross head screw in the disc (not 2) to remove the disc itself. You may find that everything is very tight, so an impact driver could comein handy.

If it's something you've never done before, go steady, jsck the car up so that it is safe and steady and be careful when the caliper is off as it's easy to damage the brake line by dangling the caliper from it.
