Front screen scratches

Hi All,

due the negligence of the previous owner of my A2 , the front screen is scratched , assuming he did not change the wipers in time .

Anyway so far the only option I found in Holland is change the front screen via Carglass (they don't remove scratches, they just change it) , but I'm afraid that the sealing of the front screen, after the change, can't be guaranteed 100% (this is what my Brother in law told me , he work for Audi ) . is this true ? BTW my brother in law hate A2

I was able to polish most of my fine scratches out with '0000' grade wirewool and warm soapy water. Best stick to a quality make like Liberon.
