FSI NOx Cat Replacement

Just to join in here, I had a Klarius rear cat(the one that sits directly under the handbrake area) fitted to mine from fleabay(£96 brand new), and nothing is showing on VCDS, I also have two front cats(that fit directly after the manifold) sitting in my garage at the moment before you go buying off overpriced suppliers on Fleabay.
My Klarius cat was delivered two days after ordering it, and to date it is absolutely fine.
I could do a front cat for £30 + postage to you, a damn sight cheaper than the one that is mentioned above!
Hi - is that for a 1.6 fsi please?

Part number is Klarius 311984....

This is very good news indeed. Apparently @nee777.a2 is research and development production manager at Klarius and owns an FSI.

Here's the rear cat on eBay, which comes with a 5 year warranty: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Klarius-...311984-BRAND-NEW-5-YEAR-WARRANTY/153083741225

Presumably on that basis it would also be safe to consider a new front Catalyst from Klarius as well, part no 322193 for the 3 stud version https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Klarius-...22193-BRAND-NEW-5-YEAR-WARRANTY-/173390478470 or 322092 for the 4 stud https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/OE-Quali...-Converter-Exhaust-Type-Approved/311500568201 .

Some eBay listings suggest that Klarius buy in their Catalyst elements from BM, who should therefore be another reliable brand for FSI owners.

We already know from earlier reports that the FSI is fine with a cat-back stainless exhaust, and that may well be the option Teresa wants to take up with Infinity. Or it may yet be that Infinity source their Catalyst cores from BM, and can indeed build the entire system for Mabel without any problem whatever.

Thank you everyone. That is fab. I'll pass that onto infinity and see what they say. You are all awesome x
