The DTUK box doesn't work too well on the A2 TDi, I tried one having used them on other cars previously but ended up with a remap, much more successful. Nothing wrong with DTUK products and I know Andrew who runs DTUK very well having helped him set up a car club some years ago (Astra T8OC). I have run various performance cars such as a 944Turbo however I think you will find the torque of the TDi especially with a remap gives better real-world performance in an A2 than the 0-60 figures suggest. In-gear acceleration is what matters and as Tom says the FSi is not noted for reliability. However the A2 in any guise isn't all that hi-tech in comparison with todays cars, I used to get 50mpg+ out of an A3 2.0TDi without trying and get similar economy out of my wifes Toledo with same engine and DSG. The 60+mpg in my a2 is good and I am happy enough with it but it's not spectacular by todays' standards. A 3 series will give similar economy....
