Just bought a 2001 1.4 petrol SE in black and looking to bring it back to mint condition.

Thinking of taking it to Vince to be chipped although I understand that HR power gains on the petrol are not high.

Have a couple of newbie questions which I will post in the main area.

Hi Allan,

WELCOME.

I am sure that you will find lots of help and advice on here and it is a friendly forum.

One comment though, remapping a petrol A2 is not really an option.

The gains would be so low for the same amount of effort.

So I would recommend that you speak directly to Vince, or Tony at A2 Cars (on here) to see what other options you have.

Looking forward to seeing pictures of your car (in the members cars thread perhaps) and also to hearing your questions and comments.
