Problem:
My car's shiny service flap collects very flat flies which are hard to remove.

A solution I found by accident:
Put neat Audi own-label windscreen washer fluid on a clean paintbrush and paint the fluid onto the surface of the flap. Wait five minutes. Then rinse off with scrubbing once most of the dirt is gone. Repeat if necessary.

Brilliant Craig! I do find French flies particularly difficult to get off...

To remove the headlamp deflectors they also suggested using neat windscreen washer fluid... it worked a treat when I took them off.
