Hi, I really don’t know why I keep changing away from A2s. I only have to get into one and I am hooked again.
My wife has a very nice TDI Storm but I don’t get much chance to drive it. But we have just decided to reduce from 2 cars to one.
Since my last A2 I have had various Mercedes models and even a. Our of their AMGs (but I work in the amazing “Mercedes Benz World” at Brooklands and so that is no surprise.
When it came to deciding which car to get rid of it should have been a tricky choice. A lovely smooth riding Mercedes or the slightly😁 firmer riding A2. It was a no brainer!!!
I sold the Mercedes. 😁😁
So now we are sharing the Storm. All new suspension recently and very well maintained (of course) and the slightly firmer ride aside, it is a total pleasure to get behind the wheel of an A2 again.
One thing that swung it was the sheer reliability and pleasure of driving an A2. I have always said that if I ever had to drive a car around the world, out of any car under £50,000 I would choose an A2 without question.
So I may be active on the forum again but not as active as I used to be. But so happy to be back !!
This is the Storm that will be familiar to a few of you on here. Very well maintained by previous A2OC owners.
Hello again
