It's rare that I head to the pit of despair that is Halfords but I've been after a new inspection lamp and had a half hour at the weekend spare whilst waiting for the other half. They had a few offerings in the shop;

The £30 felt nice and solid but had no hook or magnet so was hand hold only which seemed stupid. The £40 version was nice but £40 - don't think so. So I went for the £4 one - has a hook, magnet and a reasonable light output and for £4 what's not to like - only downside is the magnet doesn't seem to want to stick to the A2's panels
