On the way home from Birmingham tonight the A38 was closed so I followed a diversion down some side roads, in a queue at around 30mph. Only at the last moment did I see a HUGE pot hole in the road and BANG, BANG the offside wheels went into it.
It must have been 3 inches deep and 2 feet across with steep sides so the car really crashed into it.
Soon after that the traffic slowed to a crawl again and the EPC light came on. It went on and off a few times during the 30 minute homeward journey.
Any suggestions on what I should be looking for when I get a chance to inspect things over the weekend? Seems like one hell of a coincidence to me!
