Well after a couple of weeks of ownership changed the carpet thanks to Steve ,I've had the front and back brakes done but now have a problem with the door locks, when I got the car all doors except drivers locked from the fob but this locked with the key now only the passenger side locks work from the fob, the drivers door still locks with the key but rear drivers side the lock does not cycle at all and stays unlocked is this a lock or ccu problem? Also which model ccu is best to purchase

It MIGHT be CCCU but it could also be failing microswitches in the doors, but that would not normally become so random or affect different doors like this.

As for the best CCCU I would always recommend the AF unit, but if you are changing from a "Q" or similar you will need the matching remote halves of the keys.
