New skid pan experience

Thanks David for the hard work in organising the day at the skid pan----just call me mike "skid marks" english HA HA. Great to see some new faces amongst the usual suspects. To anyone thinking of giving this a go in the future i can whole heartedly recommend it.
We moved to Hylands park for a short walk and a refreshing drink-coke float-not had one for years! Shame we couldn't walk arround the house due to some selfish people getting married!
The evening meal worked out well in the end---i had to cancel the original venue to the table booking going down from 14 in a private room down to just 6 of us in the days leading up to the event--insufficient for the private room and no other tables available. The nice food and great company ended a perfect day. Thanks to everyone that participated and see you soon.

A big thanks to David and Mike for arranging the day's entertainment. It went a good way to taking my mind off of the recent unpleasantness.

It's a pity we didn't get time to chat, I didn't realise you we leaving straight after the skid pan, but it was good to meet you and your family.
