Hi I've just signed up and tried 3 time to post a thread in the introduction forum and it says it's been posted but it's not there at all

It could be that you have posted a link or attachment and they have to be approved befopre they are shown for brand new members (just being careful). I am sure a moderator will clarify, confirm or correct that.

That is likely to be the reason, a link could be spam or similar and so with it being from a brand new member the system automatically holds the post until a moderator has had chance to see if it is ok.
I hope you can understand?
I THINK that if you post them by uploading them instead of using a URL they will probably not need approval (but I can't be sure)
As I say, a moderator will be along shortly.

Yes I understand I used to own/run a car forum myself . I posted it on the mobile site and the uploads option wasn't there tho . Not too worry then itll be approved soon
