Well after 30 years service in the Police I am starting on a new adventure.
I will be managing these beautiful luxury wooden lodges in Northumberland near to the picturesque village of Ebchester in County Durham.
The site will open at the end of the year and each lodge will have a private hot tub.
Close to Hadrians Wall, Hexham, Newcastle and Durham; Beamish Open Air Museum, Durham Cathedral, the Northumberland National Park and North Pennines.
The website and prices will be released soon.

That looks to be a great way to spend the next phase of your working life. I hope you have time to enjoy the area along with the work. Congratulations on your long police service and here's to the next thirty years!

... What a location for an A2OC meet.....

Now there's a thought! There's surely enough fantastic countryside and coastline within reasonable distance to make a really good driving weekend out of ... how would you and any of the other guys from the area fancy putting something together for next year?

...You deserve a medal....30 years with the police....Ive family who couldn't wait to retire from a working life in the force,good luck with your new venture and most of all enjoy...It really looks fab, are they dog friendly.?....I.E. One small cocker spaniel....

Two will be dog friendly where up to 2 dogs per lodge can be brought along.
There are quite a few woodland walks nearby and it is right next to the River Derwent where Salmon Fishing is permitted with a licence (which I will have to sell) from March to September.
